Justices do not have the privilege of redefining the term to fit the Constitution. However they seem to be able to do what ever they want without consequence.

Calling "Obamacare" what it really is, the OBAMATAX is a GREAT start! :w00t!:
We need to start using OUR language to shape conversations (the socialists and libtard media do this all the time). Using phrases like "Obama tax"and "Obama Tax raiser" would be a way to shape conversations with FUTURE voters, and make people think of HOW Obama and the marxist democrats are destroying our economy and culture.
Elections DO matter.
WE have ALLOT of work ahead of US. =D

True. Liberals are slimy without equal.

They pass a tax increase disguised as "free" healthcare and none of the real bad stuff happens for several years but by then it is too late. And the worst President in a century is only too happy to doom the country he claims to protect.

Yeah, we have a lot of work ahead.

However, on an interesting note, if my understanding is correct states can opt to not accept Obamacare; the national government can't force them to.
