I can't understand why perfectly healthy people capable of dressing themselves have to ware PJ's out in public?

I had to choose the spandex one... ugh... the sandals and knee high socks one had me laughing, though, its amazing how it's not even the 90s anymore and people around these parts STILL wear that.

I actually dont really have any beef with people wearing what they like, even pajamas. If they want to wear pajamas, let em! I won't... but I think people should choose what they wear, even if they do look silly. Just as long as they are not exposing themselves. And hey, what's wrong with dreads? A lot of dreadlocks I see are beautifully kept. Maybe you are meaning unkempt dreads that are made natural way.

Honestly, all of the above works best. It's really hard to pick out one, though I do get bothered by the whole PJs in public. That's just a sign of laziness, to me.
