When was the last time negotiations had worked, anyway?

Hah. He expects Israel to sit with people who actually want to kill them while he sends envoys to do his negotiations for him.

And yet he doesn't negotiate with people who [supposedly, anyway] want to protect the country as much as he does [this is all theoretical, by the way] in order to move things forward.
