90% of the people I knew until I was 20 were all in the Navy. my est friend growing up was 67 when I was 13. he'd been in the navy since he was 18, and was forced to retire. he'd been there at the first days of Admiral Rickover's Nuclear Navy. My dad rode Boomers.
