Agreed. I think he feels like president is not enough, and aspires to take a central role in what could potentially be a global government.

There's a mistake there, by that time he'll probably have some gun ban act enforced, so you mean "a few million illegal firearms"

Though, given how incompetent his Homeland Security staff is, the majority of them will be gained after they're mistakenly shipped to someone's house.
