Teleprompter is King

The problem that this President has with the teleprompter is that he reads it word for word and you can tell.  Most modern Presidents have used it, but the really good speakers (Reagan and Clinton) would use it as a prompt, not a visual safety net.  Whenever POTUS speaks I have to close my eyes because I find the dead eye stare from reading the teleprompter and overuse of the hands to be distracting.
