How to tell whether something is worthless propaganda crap: if it reads just the same when you switch the labels, it's propaganda. Basically, you could post same pic with "Republican" instead of "Democrat". Since it's nothing but ad-hominem anyway, it will work the same in whatever direction you point it at.
