What do you mean he needs to address last years budget? He's already gone so far as to submit next years budget back in February so I'm not sure what he would need to do except wait for the right to follow-up on his budget plan.

Dems did not submit a budget for this yr. By law they were required to do so in Oct 2010. The Dem Congress just did not do it. Neither did the prez. The recent debate was about this yrs budget which should have been done in Oct.

Why didn't they submit it? Because it was so bad they would have lost even bigger in the Nov. elections.

BO chose to skip the 2011 budget and now with no election looming he has submitted the 2012. What a wimpy, slimy move. Our president.
